Ipè autonomously collects personal data, without using third-party software.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or collected automatically while using Ipè.
Data collected include technical cookies, personal data entered by the User and the history of the User activities.
Further details on each type of data collected are provided in the following sections of this privacy policy or through specific windows displayed before the data is collected.
All the data requested by Ipè are mandatory unless otherwise specified. If the User does not consent to share them, it may be impossible for IMQ eAmbiente to provide Ipè software service. Where data are indicated as ‘optional’, the User can refrain from communicating such data, without no consequence on the availability and functionality of the service.

Any use of Cookies or other tracking tools is intended to provide the Service requested by the User and the additional purposes described in this document.
The User takes the responsibility of any Personal Data of third parties obtained, published or shared through Ipè and guarantees to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the Controller from any liability to third parties.
The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Data is processed through IT and/or telematic tools, with methods strictly related to the previously indicated purposes . In addition to the Controllercertain Data may be accessible to other personnel involved with IMQ eAmbiente (administration, sales, legal, system administration) and external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed as Data Processors by the Data Controller if necessary.
The updated list of Data Processors can always be requested to the Data Controller.
The Data Controller processes Personal Data related to the User in the following cases:
The User has given consent to one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions the Data Controller may be authorized to process Personal Data without the User's consent or outside the legal bases specified below, as long as the User does not object (\"optout\"). However, this is not applicable if the processing of Personal Data is governed by European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
The processing is necessary to execute a contract and/or pre-contractual measures with the User;
The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject;
The processing is necessary to perform a task carried out in the public interest or within the scope of public authority conferred to the Data Controller;
The processing is necessary to pursue the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or of third parties. The User can ask the Data Controller to clarify the legal basis of each treatment, and to specify whether the treatment is i) based on the law, ii required by a contract or iii) necessary to conclude a contract.
Personal data may be made accessible to, brought to the knowledge of, or disclosed to the following parties, who will be appointed by the data controller or data processor, as appropriate:
Companies in the same group as the Data Controller (subsidiaries and affiliates), employees and/or assistants of any kind of the Data Controller and/or companies in the same group as the Data Controller;
Public or private entities, physical persons or corporate entities whose services the Data Controller uses in performing tasks instrumental to the achievement of the above purposes, or to whom the Data Controller is required to disclose personal data under obligations of the law or contracts in effect.
Personal data will not be disseminated under any circumstances.
The Data are processed at the operational headquarters of the Data Controller and in any other location related to the parties involved in the processing . For more information, please contact the Data Controller.
Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one where the Useris located.
The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis of the transfer of Data outside the European Union, or to an international organization of public international law or consisting of two or more countries, such as the United Nations The User can also request information regarding the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect their Personal Data.
The Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected. Therefore:
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Controller and the User will be retained until the execution of this contract is completed.
Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until the satisfaction of this interest. Further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller can be found in the relevant sections of this document. For other questions, please contact the Data Controller.
When the processing is based on the User's consent, the Data Controller may keep the Personal Data longer than the previous cases, until such consent is revoked. Furthermore, the Data Controller may be obliged to keep Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, at the end of this term, the right to access, cancellation, rectification and data portability can no longer be exercised.
The User’s Data is collected to allow the Controller to provide its Service; to comply with its legal obligations; to respond to enforcement requests; to protect its rights and interests (or those of its Users or third parties); todetect any malicious or fraudulent activity, and for the following purposes: Analytics. To obtain detailed information on the purposes of the processing and on the Personal Data processed for each purpose, the User can refer to the \"Details on the processing of Personal Data\" section.
Users may exercise certain rights with reference to the Data processed by the Data Controller.
Specifically, the User has the right to:
When Personal Data are processed in the public interest, in the exercise of official authority conferred to the Data Controller, or to pursue a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, Users have the right to object to processing for reasons related to their particular situation.
Users are reminded that, if their Data are processed for direct marketing purposes, they can oppose the processing without providing any reason. To find out if the Data Controller processes data for direct marketing purposes, Users can refer to the specific sections of this document.
To exercise their rights, the User can contact the Controller using the contact information indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Data Controller as soon as possible, in any case within one month.
The User's Personal Data may be used by the Controller in court or in the preparatory stages for its possible establishment for the defense against any abuse in the use of Ipè or its related Services by the User.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be obliged to disclose the Data by order of public authorities.
On request of the User, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, Ipè may provide the User with additional and contextual conditions about specific Services or the collection and processing of Personal Data.
For needs related to operation and maintenance, Ipè and related third party services may collect system logs, i.e., files that record the interactions and that may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.

Ipè does not support \"Do Not Track\" requests. To find out if any third parties used support them, please consult their privacy policy.
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying the User on this page, on Ipè (if ossible), and, if technically and legally feasible, by sending a notification to the User through one of the contact details in its possession. Therefore, please consult this page frequently, referring to the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. If the changes concern treatments whose legal basis is consent, the Data Controller will collect the User's consent again, if necessary.
